Crab Imperial

Ingredients:

1.0 lb. crab meat backfin

2.0 each Egg

10.0 each Crackers, Saltines crushed

0.25 cup Cream, Half-and-half

0.75 tsp. mustard powder

0.25 each Pepper, Green chopped

1.0 tsp. salt

3.0 tbsp. butter

1.5 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

4.0 tbsp. mayonnaise

8.0 tsp. mayonnaise

Instructions:

clean crab meat
combine all remaining ingredients except last mayonnaise and mix well.
gently fold in crab meat
spoon into 8 serving dishes and top each with 1 tsp. mayonnaise, sprinkle with paprika.
bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes.
