Celery-Onion Stuffing

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Cook onion and celery in butter until softened; add herbs. Pour all of the mixture over bread cubes in bowl; stir to blend thoroughly. Add salt to taste. Makes enough stufffing for a 10-pound turkey.

**** For Passover, I'm trying 10 sheets of matzoh, and 2 cups of chicken broth.... using chicken fat instead of the butter too....
