Caramel Pecan Sauce

Ingredients:

Instructions:

1.

Separate the eggs.

2.

Toast the pecans.

3.

Melt the butter in a saucepan.

4.

Add the sugar, cream, egg yolks and salt.

5.

Bring to a boil, and allow to boil till thickened, about 1 minute.

6.

Remove from heat, stir in pecans, and allow to cool to room temperature.
