1 1/2cupsStock, Chicken
1/2cupCorn Starch Solution
2eachEggseparated
1bunchScallionschopped

Instructions

1. 

Stir fry the shrimp and set asside.
Add broth to hot wok (Is better with shrimp stock or lobster stock)
bring to a boil and thicken with corn starch liquid till desired thickness
Remove from heat and stream egg white into hot thickened broth
slighly beat egg yolks, and stream into hot broth.
very lightly stir, 4 strokes or there about.
Let sit so eggs can set.
add scallions and stir
add shrimp and stir.
adjust seasonings.
